How the free trial works

Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you are not charged during the trial. The plan price starts 15 days after you add your card, unless you cancel, and you can cancel any time in the app.

Your 15-day free trial includes a $5 usage credit and 100 messages with the assistant to get started. When your paid plan starts, we add $5 more, once.

You build a real site during the trial, not a demo. If it is not for you, cancel within 15 days of adding your card and nothing is charged.

After your first payment, published sites stay live for 30 days after you cancel. Downloading your sites opens after 45 days of paid subscription. Cancel during the free trial and the sites built in the trial come down. Read our refund policy.

What is not in the price

Three things are metered as usage rather than included in the plan: pages you ask the agent to write for you, images the agent generates for you, and your conversations with the agent. You see the exact amount before a page or image is made, and every charge appears in your usage credit history. A page you write yourself costs nothing.

Your domain name is yours to buy where you like. Connecting it takes one DNS record, and the SSL certificate is issued for you at no charge.

Which plan should I start on?

Start on the plan that matches the number of sites you need this month. Every plan builds the same sites; you are choosing capacity, not features.

Is a card really required for the trial?

Yes. A card starts the 15-day trial, nothing is charged during it, and the plan price starts 15 days after you add your card, unless you cancel.

What happens to my sites if I cancel?

Unpublishing takes a site off the web and keeps its content and leads, and deleting is permanent. Your leads can be exported to CSV or Excel at any time.

Running 20 or more domains, or need to talk it through first?

Write to us on the contact page and a real person will answer. The Platform plan covers up to 300 sites.
