Every integration, in one place
Your CRM gets the lead with no sign-in screen
Five CRMs take a lead direct from your form, and each one has its own section on your Integrations page. You paste the key or ID that you make yourself inside that CRM, and there is no sign-in screen and no approval to wait for. It works from that moment.
Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel connect the same way HubSpot and Salesforce do. We say connect, not tested — tested is a bigger word than we have earned on those three.
- HubSpot — one token from your own portal, and a repeat lead updates your contact instead of doubling it.
- Salesforce — one ID from your own org, pasted once, with no request to wait on.
- Zoho CRM — connects the same way, with the client ID, secret, refresh token and data-center region from a Self Client in your own Zoho account, and updates the contact you have instead of adding a new one.
- Pipedrive — connects the same way, with your account's API address and personal API token, and updates the person you have instead of adding a second.
- GoHighLevel — connects the same way, from a Private Integration token and the location ID in your own account.
Leads can land in your inbox or your team chat
A lead you never see is not genuinely useful, so a CRM is not required at all. The lead can go to the list you mail from, or to the channel your team watches all day.
Mailchimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Slack and Microsoft Teams have their own sections on the Integrations page too. You paste the key or address that tool gives you, press Connect, and new leads go there from then on. If your form asks visitors whether they want updates, Mailchimp, Kit and ActiveCampaign receive only the leads who say yes.
- Mailchimp — a new lead joins the audience you already mail.
- Kit — the same, for a creator list.
- ActiveCampaign — the lead shows up as a contact in your automation tool.
- Slack — the lead posts into the channel your team watches.
- Microsoft Teams — the same, for a Teams channel.
- SMS — a text message sent through your own Twilio account, for a lead who should not wait for anyone to open a tab.
- Email — a lead alert with nothing to connect at all.
A webhook sends the lead anywhere else you want
A webhook is just a web address that takes your lead the moment it comes in, which makes it the widest door in the building. If a tool can accept one, it can accept your leads. Zapier, Make and n8n are reached this way; they do not have a section of their own.
- Zapier — paste the address Zapier gives you, then route the lead onward.
- Make — the same pattern, in a visual scenario.
- n8n — the same pattern, self-hosted if you like.
- Any webhook — your own address, signed on every delivery.
Two connections let the agent read your own data
Two links run the other way, and they send nothing out. They let the agent read what you already keep, so it stops asking you to describe your own business from memory.
A Google Sheet can hold your services, your areas and your price list. You share that sheet with a platform address, and there is no Google sign-in to sit through. HubSpot can be linked read-only for the same job. Nothing is ever written back to either one.
You can prove a connection before a real lead uses it
Press Send test lead. One clearly marked test goes to your destination, so you can watch the whole path work. It never touches your real lead list.
Every webhook delivery is signed, so the address that receives it can check the lead came from us. The page your form sits on is individually built, and it is checked against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards before it goes live. That check is the compliance gate, and it runs before anything publishes.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account with each tool?
Yes, with whatever tool receives the lead. You copy the key, ID or address it gives you and paste it into that tool's section, and we never put a sign-in screen in between.
How do I know it works before real leads arrive?
Press Send test lead. One marked test goes to your destination, so you can check the path end to end. Test leads never touch your real lead list.
Will my CRM fill up with duplicate contacts?
No. A lead sent to HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive updates the contact you already have instead of adding a second one.
Can I run more than one at once?
Yes, and connections run side by side. Your lead list and your CSV or Excel export work no matter what is connected.
