Send your microsite leads to Zoho CRM
Your team stops typing leads in by hand
Your quotes, deals and follow-up already live in Zoho. A lead that stops anywhere else is a lead someone has to re-type.
This connection skips that step. The form on your site writes straight into the module your people open every day, with the fields they expect already filled in.
Zoho CRM connects the same way HubSpot and Salesforce do. It just asks for a few more values, because that is how Zoho hands out access.
What shows up in Zoho
A new Lead record with the name, email, phone and message the visitor typed. Nothing is added and nothing is invented.
If that same email comes back weeks later, Zoho updates the Lead you already have. Your pipeline does not fill with near-twins for three people to chase.
Zoho deliveries carry no signature header; only webhook deliveries do. Zoho accepts the lead only with a valid token made from your own Self Client.
Zoho can also run beside other destinations, so the same lead can reach a chat channel or a webhook at the same moment.
The four values you paste
Zoho calls this pattern a Self Client. You set the whole thing up in Zoho's console, under your own control, before you come back here.
- A Client ID and Client Secret from a Self Client you create in Zoho's API Console.
- A grant code for the leads-create scope. It is good for ten minutes.
- A refresh token you swap that grant code for, from your own machine.
- Your data-center region, which is the domain suffix on your own Zoho sign-in page.
The pages behind the form
Paste the four values, click Connect, then click Send test lead. One marked test record lands in Zoho, so you see the path work before a real enquiry uses it.
A fresh access token is made from your refresh token before each send — nothing you pasted quietly expires on you. There is no queue on our side and no approval standing between you and your own data.
The site feeding Zoho matters too. Every page is individually built from a conversation about your business. Then it goes through the compliance gate, which is a check that runs before anything publishes.
Pages are checked by checks that draw on Google Search Essentials and other public standards and on our own quality rules. Page counts are capped by your plan. So what reaches Zoho comes from a small set of genuinely useful pages.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign in to Zoho to connect it?
No. You create a Self Client in Zoho's own API Console and paste what it gives you. There is no login redirect and no approval step.
Will a repeat enquiry make a second lead?
No. If the email address is already in Zoho, that Lead record is updated instead.
How do I check it before real leads use it?
Click Send test lead. One clearly marked test record goes to Zoho, so you can look for it yourself.
Can Zoho run alongside my other tools?
Yes. Zoho can deliver at the same time as a webhook or a chat channel. Webhook deliveries are signed.
