Put every new lead into your Pipedrive pipeline
The gap between your form and your board closes
Pipedrive works best when everything sits on one board. The weak spot is what happens before that.
An enquiry arrives. Someone notices it. Someone types it in. Each of those steps is a place where a name gets dropped or mistyped.
This connection removes all three. The person who filled in your form is in Pipedrive seconds later, ready for whoever owns that stage.
By the time someone opens the board, the record is already sitting there waiting.
What arrives, and what stays yours
You get a Person record with the name, email and phone from the form. The message the visitor wrote stays on your Leads page, and a Slack or Teams alert can carry it to you at the same moment.
If that email is already in your account, we look it up first and update that Person. It is the same search Pipedrive runs in its own interface, so your contact list stays as clean as you keep it.
The connection does not invent deals, stages or owners — your pipeline design stays yours. Your token is stored on our side and never shown back on screen.
The two values you paste
In Pipedrive, open your account menu, then Company settings, then Personal preferences, then API. Both values sit on that one screen.
- Your Personal API Token, copied from Pipedrive's own API screen.
- The API URL shown beside it, which is unique to your account.
- One honest limit: the token belongs to your Pipedrive user, so a fresh one there means a fresh paste here.
- Nothing else. No app listing, no review to wait on.
Prove it once, then leave it alone
Click Send test lead before a real enquiry needs it. One obviously fake record shows up in Pipedrive, so you can see it worked rather than hope it did. Test leads never touch your real lead list.
Run the test again any time you change the token, because test records are marked as tests and stay out of your real list.
Pipedrive connects the same way HubSpot and Salesforce do, and the setup is boring on purpose.
The interesting work happens earlier. Each page holding your form is individually built from a conversation about your business, and it must clear the compliance gate before it publishes.
Pages are checked by checks that draw on Google Search Essentials and other public standards and on our own quality rules. Page counts are capped by your plan. You feed your board from a short set of genuinely useful pages.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my Personal API Token?
In Pipedrive under Company settings, Personal preferences, API. That same screen shows the API URL this connection needs.
Does this create deals as well as people?
No. It creates or updates a Person record. Deals, stages and owners stay in your hands.
What if the same person enquires twice?
The existing Person is matched by email and updated, so a second record is not created.
How do I know it is working?
Use Send test lead, then look for the marked test record in Pipedrive. The button also shows Pipedrive's answer on screen.
