Frequently asked questions
How often does the platform change?
Whenever a change is finished and checked. There is no fixed release day. Each change appears here and inside the platform on the day it ships.
Do my existing sites change when the platform does?
No. Your published pages stay exactly as they are until you edit or republish them. New features become available to use; nothing is applied to a live site without you.
Where do I ask for something that is missing?
Inside the platform, use Request a Feature in the menu. A real person reads every request, and you get a reference number back. You can also write to us on the contact page.
Is this list the same as the one inside the platform?
Yes. This page is generated from the platform's own changelog, so the dates and the wording match.
