How to use the Intelligence Center
What the Intelligence Center is
The Intelligence Center is a page inside the product where the platform explains itself. The page on business intelligence describes what it lists. This page is about using it.
You see it once you have an account, and every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. The switch between the Classic and Atlas views is on your Intelligence Center page in Classic too, so you can move anywhere from there.
Two ways of working: Atlas and Classic
In Atlas you tell the assistant what you want and watch it happen. In Classic you use menus and forms. You can switch between them from any page, and the product remembers your choice. The Intelligence Center shows both: for each thing the platform can do, it says where that thing lives in Classic and where it lives in Atlas.
Try it in four steps
- Open the Intelligence Center from the menu.
- Choose the group that matches what you are doing.
- Read its answers.
- Use the group's button to open the screen it explains, or ask the assistant to do it.
It opens one group at a time
The Intelligence Center opens as a short list of groups. Choose a group to open it and read its answers, instead of scrolling through all of them at once. A link to a group opens that group for you, so a pointer from the assistant or from another page can land you on exactly the group you need.
From reading to doing
Each group of answers has a button that opens the screen it is about. You can go from reading how something works to doing it in one click.
New answers, and you can ask for them
The Intelligence Center has answers for recent additions, including:
- the four steps on your home screen, described on the four steps page,
- downloading a copy of your sites, described on the downloads page,
- your mailing address, described on the address page,
- changing a phrase on every page or every site, described on the change-everything page,
- and how the Everything page and the Intelligence Center differ.
You can also ask the assistant any of these.
How it differs from the Everything page
Both pages are inside the product, and both are in the menu. They answer different questions.
- The Intelligence Center explains what the platform can do. For each thing it shows where it lives in Classic and in Atlas, and whether the assistant can do it for you or can only explain it.
- The Everything page lists every screen, everything you can ask the agent to do in plain words, and the checks your pages are held to before they publish. It is generated from the platform itself.
Everything works in three simple steps: open a group, pick what you need, then use its button to go straight to that screen or to ask the agent. You can also search it, and the check counts say what each one covers. The page on search, menus and navigation covers searching.
It points you only to screens you can use
When you ask the assistant where something is, it sends you only to screens in your own account, and it tells you plainly when a page belongs to our own team instead. When something is not available on your account, the screen says so in one line where the option would be, instead of leaving it looking missing. When you start a conversation, the agent opens with the one step it would suggest for your account right now, and the suggested replies under the chat change to fit each page as you move around. They fill the message box for you, and nothing is sent until you press Send.
Asking about what changed
If you want to know what changed since the last time you signed in, the agent can look through every update on the what's new list, with the detail of each one. Ask what changed since a date, or when something arrived, and it answers from that list.
If the answer is not there
If something you need is missing, Request a Feature has its own place in the navigation. Describe the feature, send it to the team, and you get an email acknowledgment. A real person reads every request. The page on support and feature requests explains what comes back with a message you send.
What it does not do
- It does not do the work for you. It explains, and the work happens on the screen each group links to or with the assistant.
- It does not replace the Everything page, and the Everything page does not replace it.
- It is not a public page. It lives inside the product, so you reach it from your account.
- It describes what the platform does today. It makes no promise about the results of using any screen it links to.
The agent abilities page lists what the assistant can do, and the platform overview lists what the platform does today.
