Lead status, notes, and export in one click
One list for every site
Leads are not filed away per site and left there. The Leads page shows every lead your sites have caught, newest first.
Each row names the site it came from, when it arrived, and every field the visitor filled in: name, email, phone, service, message.
Every site in that list is individually built, and all of them report into the same feed. Nothing is held back behind a plan, because a lead list that hides fields until you upgrade is not genuinely useful.
Status and note are yours to edit
Change a lead's status and note right on the page. It is a light record rather than a pipeline product.
That is enough to mark what you have done and write down what was said. You should not have to run your whole business inside a tool that builds websites.
When you want a real pipeline, send the lead onward. Leads go to HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or any webhook.
What the score measures
Each lead carries a number and a hot, warm or cold label, and it measures one thing: how complete and reachable the submission is.
Did they leave a phone or an email? A name, a chosen service, a real message? A lead with every field filled scores high because you can reach them and you know what they want.
It does not measure quality, and it does not predict whether this person buys. That is the only thing the number knows, so that is all we claim for it.
Export everything in one click
At the top of the page, next to your lead count, sit Export all (CSV) and Export all (Excel).
One click downloads every lead in your account — every site, not just the one on screen. The site name is already on each row, so the numbers add up without extra work. Run three sites or three hundred and it is the same click.
Your records are yours, and they leave in a format anything can open. The habit is the same one behind your pages, where every page is checked against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards before it publishes. The compliance gate says what is true about a page and stops there, and the lead score works the same way.
