Post new leads into a Slack channel

When your microsite captures a lead, it can post a note into a Slack channel. It is an alert, and the lead itself stays on your Leads page and in whichever CRM you connected — Slack is where your team sees it first.

The alert shows up where your team already is

Most teams do not have a lead problem. They have an attention problem.

The enquiry is captured fine. It sits in a system. It waits for somebody to go and look at that system.

A Slack channel turns that around. Whoever is on duty sees the enquiry where they are already reading, and who picks it up gets settled in the thread.

It also makes response time visible to the team without anyone building a report about it.

The channel is already open on everyone's screen, which is more than most lead tools can say.

What the message carries

The details from your form, laid out to be read at a glance rather than in full.

Think of it as the nudge. The full record, its status and its notes live on your Leads page, where you can edit and export them.

Treat the channel as a signal and it works well. Treat it as your archive and you will scroll past something that mattered.

So a chat alert does not replace a CRM. If a lead needs an owner, a stage and a history, send it to a CRM as well. One submission can do both.

Proved before it counts

Slack messages carry no signature header; only webhook deliveries do. What a Slack alert does get is the same test-first treatment as a record heading into a CRM.

Before you trust the channel, click Send test lead. One clearly marked test message is posted, so the routing is checked rather than assumed.

It never touches your real lead list. Run it as often as you like while you get the channel right.

Slack alongside everything else

Destinations are not exclusive. A single enquiry can raise a Slack message, create a contact in your CRM, and hit a webhook you built yourself. Each one is set up on its own, so turning one off never disturbs the others.

What holds it together is the page underneath. Each page is individually built from a conversation about your business, and each goes through the compliance gate before it publishes.

Pages are checked by checks that draw on Google Search Essentials and other public standards and on our own quality rules. Page counts are capped by your plan. The platform's page generator refuses pages that are a template with the town swapped, and edits that make pages too alike are refused too.

A channel full of alerts from genuinely useful pages is a very different thing to read.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Slack message my record of the lead?

No. It is a notification. The full lead, with its status and notes, lives on your Leads page and in any CRM you connected.

Can I check the channel is wired right?

Yes. Send test lead posts one clearly marked test message and leaves your real lead list alone.

Are Slack messages signed like other deliveries?

No. Only webhook deliveries carry a signature header. A Slack alert is posted straight to the Slack address you pasted.

Can Slack run at the same time as a CRM?

Yes. One submission can raise a Slack alert and create a CRM record at once.
