Business discovery is your first screen
You start by talking, not by picking a layout
Most site tools open with a wall of designs, and you pick one and then bend your business to fit inside it.
This one opens with a question about your business instead, and the pages get written from your answers. Nothing is poured into a shape you chose before anyone knew what you sell.
You land here while your account has nothing saved. After that you land on the Dashboard, with Discovery one click away in the nav.
How the interview runs
There is no separate chat window here. Three cards start it for you, and each one types an opening line into the same panel the rest of the app uses.
Say anything at all and the heading switches to Keep going. What you have told it shows up below as a live profile that fills in while you talk.
- Start my business discovery — answers the two things everything else builds on: what you do, and who you serve.
- Analyse my existing website — points the agent at a site you already have.
- Show me where to start — for when you would rather be asked than be handed a blank box.
A checklist shows what stands between you and a live site
Above the interview sits a short list called Getting your site live — it tracks the five things that actually stand in the way.
- How much of your business profile is filled in
- Whether you have a site yet
- Whether you have picked a look of your own, rather than the default color
- Whether a site is actually published
- Whether your leads have somewhere to go
The profile keeps paying you back
No row on that list ever locks. A finished step shows struck through and stays clickable, so you can change your look after you publish.
This is not paperwork you clear once. It is the source the agent writes from, so an answer you sharpen today sharpens every page written after it.
That is what makes a site individually built rather than assembled from three dropdowns. Whatever comes out of it is still checked against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards before it publishes. Your profile makes the pages genuinely useful, and the compliance gate decides whether they go live.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to finish discovery before I build?
No. You can build from what the agent already knows and fill in the rest later.
What if I already have a website?
One of the starter cards asks the agent to look at it. Magic Brand Sync can also pull your color, logo and style from it.
Where does my profile live afterward?
It is saved to your account and shown as a summary on your account page. To change it, tell the assistant in chat.
Will I land here every time I log in?
Only while your account is empty. After that you land on the Dashboard, with Discovery one click away.
