Guided two-step lead forms

Your lead form can ask what a visitor needs first, and who they are second. Their answer travels with the lead to your CRM, your inbox or your webhook.

Ask what they need before you ask who they are

One block of name, email and message treats every inquiry as identical. A guided form does not.

During the build conversation you set the choices a visitor picks from, such as AC repair or a new installation. Each choice can carry one follow-up question, shown only when that choice is picked.

Two short steps also feel lighter to fill in than a single long block of fields. And leaving the options empty keeps the classic one-step form, unchanged.

This is a switch you throw when the business has real categories — not a funnel bolted onto every site by default.

The answer arrives with the lead, not just in the form

A qualifying question is useless if the answer dies on the page. It does not die here.

The choice and the follow-up answer ride along with every lead. You see them in your notification, on your dashboard, and in your CSV and Excel exports. They go out with every delivery too.

Those deliveries reach HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or any webhook you point at.

Every delivery is signed. HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive deliveries update the existing contact by email address instead of creating a second one.

Know something before you pick up the phone

An emergency repair and a next-quarter install look identical in a plain contact form. They look nothing alike once the first step has been answered.

That is context you can route on, sort by, and hand to whoever calls back. It also gives you a fair way to answer the urgent ones first, without reading every message twice.

Your CRM receives a tidy field instead of a paragraph somebody has to read and interpret. Structure at the point of capture makes everything after it cheaper to work.

The page around the form still has to earn its place

A form is a way to reach you. It is not a reason for a page to exist.

The content around it still has to be genuinely useful on its own, and settling that is what the compliance gate is for.

The form is part of the page, and the page is individually built and checked against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards before it publishes. No third-party form widget gets bolted on afterwards, so what you approved is what a visitor gets.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I set up the guided questions?

In the build conversation. You define the choices, and each choice can have one optional follow-up question.

Can I keep a simple one-step form?

Yes. Leave the options empty and your site keeps the plain single-step contact form.

Does the visitor's answer reach my CRM?

Yes. The choice and any follow-up answer arrive with every lead, in your notifications, dashboard, exports and deliveries.

Where can a lead be sent?

HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or any webhook.
