Team accounts and shared access

Your team shares one account: the same sites, the same leads, the same plan. There are two roles, owner and member, and everyone signs in with a password or with Google.

One shared account, not a seat for each person

Most tools hand out seats and then ask you to sort out who can see what. This one skips that step entirely.

Everyone on your team works inside the same account, with the same sites, the same lead records and the same plan. There is no per-person view to reconcile and no second workspace to keep in sync.

So the person covering a holiday sees exactly what the owner sees, and a lead never sits hidden in somebody's private space.

Owners run the account, members do the work

The owner is the account holder, and the member is everyone else.

Members build sites, edit copy, read the numbers and work the leads. Inviting and removing people stays with the owner, and those buttons do not even appear for a member.

Nobody has to guess what they are allowed to touch, because the controls a member does not have are simply not on the screen.

Your plan is capped by sites and pages, not by people. Starter covers 10 sites, Growth 25, Scale 50, and Platform up to 300. How many teammates share that allowance is your business.

Adding or removing a teammate takes a minute

The owner sends an invite to a teammate's email address, and the link works once and expires soon after.

If they already have an account they sign in, and if they do not they set a password on the spot. Either way they land as a member on your shared account with the same access as everyone else.

Invite somebody who is already on the team and the platform tells you, instead of quietly sending a second invite. The owner's own row cannot be removed, so the account always has somebody holding it.

Removing a teammate does not delete their login. They drop back to the personal account everyone gets at signup — they just stop seeing your team's sites, leads and plan.

Shared access does not mean a softer check

Whoever asks for the change, the change meets the same standard. Every site is individually built, and every edit is checked against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards before it publishes.

There is no reviewer role to set up and no approval queue to babysit. The compliance gate does that job on every save, for every member, on every page.

Frequently asked questions

Do teammates see the same sites and leads I do?

Yes. Everyone works in one shared account with the same sites, the same leads and the same plan.

Who can invite or remove people?

Only the owner. Those controls do not appear for members at all.

What happens to someone I remove?

They keep their own login and fall back to their personal account. They lose access to your team's sites, leads and plan.

Can we sign in with Google?

Yes. Google handles that sign-in, so the platform never sees your Google password. Email and password still works too.
