Three destinations, one way to connect

Mailchimp, Kit and ActiveCampaign connect the same way, and none of them ask for a password. You generate an API key inside your own email tool and paste it in with the one other value that tool needs: an audience ID for Mailchimp, a form ID for Kit, or your account's API URL for ActiveCampaign. You can revoke the key whenever you like. If your form asks visitors whether they want updates, only the ones who say yes are sent to these three.

The same pattern covers everywhere else leads go — HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or any webhook you name. Learn it once and every destination behaves the same.

You can also send to more than one place at once. A lead going to your list and your CRM in the same moment is the normal case, not an advanced setup.

Prove it before you trust it

A Send test lead button sits beside every connection. Press it, watch the record appear in your list, and you know the wiring is right before a real inquiry rides on it.

Webhook deliveries are signed, so the address that receives one can check the request really came from us. That matters for webhooks, where an unsigned POST to a public URL is an open door. Mailchimp, Kit and ActiveCampaign are reached through their own APIs with your key instead, and carry no signature.

Following up with leads who go quiet

Follow-up emails can go to leads who have gone quiet, on day 3, day 7 and day 14. The feature is off by default. You switch it on yourself, and every message carries a one-click stop for the lead.

It is a plain sequence, not a campaign engine. It covers the gap between a form submission and the moment you get to it.

Every lead also carries a status and a note you can edit on the Leads page. Export every lead across every site to CSV or Excel in one click.

What this is not

There is no newsletter designer, no campaign builder and no broadcast tool in the platform. Your email tool already does that work, and does it better. This is a clean handoff rather than a weak copy.

What we own is the page and the capture. A site individually built from your business. Every page cleared by the compliance gate and checked against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards before it publishes. A form whose output lands where your audience already lives.

A lead is only genuinely useful to you if it arrives whole, checkable, and in the tool you already work in.
